Target Shopping Center

  • Reclaimed land that previously had served as the original COH fire station and the BMI radio station, among other uses, to bring a large scale regional shopping center, anchored by Target.
  • LandWell was required to relocate a large portion of the historic BMI 40 inch watermain, among other necessary improvements to allow for the site development.

Traverse Point: 2002

  • One the first truly mixed use projects in the Valley, Traverse Point was conceived as a horizontally mixed use project that contains residential (both single family and multi family, retail, education, office and light industrial concentrated into a single development along the 215. Traverse point brought together world class home builders and multi family builders along with national retail brands into a unique development.  Further, as LandWell fore saw the lack to quality education choices in the Valley, we were one of the first to integrate a public charter school into an existing development, showing these schools could collocate within communities.

Black Mountain Industrial Center

  • Light Industrial Development in Henderson
  • Elevated streetscape and architectural components included in Design Development Standards included enhanced architectural elements, streets with detached walkways and trails, enhanced landscape requirements, and limited uses more constant with a professional industrial center by removing more “dirty” uses by zoning and land use restrictions.

Google Data Center

  • Worked with a then unnamed company to bring a top Silicon Valley company key infrastructure facility to the City of Henderson, once again putting Henderson on the world map.
  • Worked with Google, the City, SNWA, and NVE to provide the needed infrastructure to create a 1 of 14 facility in the entire world serving Gmail and google maps.

Opportunity Village

  • LandWell has always valued being a good corporate citizen. When opportunity village approached us with the need for some land for a state of the art facility to allow those with developmental needs the opportunity to gather and work in a facility catered to serving them, LandWell stepped up and provide the parcel of land. 
  • Not only does the facility provide the education and social opportunities and services, but it also houses the OV shredding business.

  • The Valley Auto Mall brought XXX auto dealerships to the residents of Southern las Vegas Valley, including all of Henderson. This project also created a unique boundary along the then newly constructed I515 interchange.

Cadence: 2014-Present

  • Cadence, a 2,200-acre planned community located in Henderson, Nevada., has 450 acres of open space, including the nearly 50-acre Central Park and 100-acre sports park.
  • The community interconnects with the many Henderson bicycle and walking trails such as the Las Vegas Wash Trail and River Mountains Loop Trail.
  • Six school sites, retail centers including a grocery store and other services, and nearby business parks are also part of Cadence.
  • Cadence is being developed by The LandWell Company, the real estate development division of Basic Management, Inc., which has a distinguished history in Southern Nevada.

Lake Mead Christian Academy

  • LandWell has always put a premium on providing the finest educational opportunities to the students of East Henderson. This donation represented the first of its kind, providing free land to a small private school operator to construct and run a five star educational institute.
  • 5 acres land donation for primary campus 1995
  • 14 acres land donation for secondary campus 2015
  • The first private school in east Henderson.
